Originating from Kendal, England, and currently residing in Leeds, Wild Beasts consists of four young men who combine singer Hayden Thorpe's haunting falsetto with sparse piano sounds and an icy, nagging pulse. Best known for their previous two albums, Limbo, Panto and Two Dancers, Wild Beasts have made a name for themselves with their ability to create vivid imagery with their deeply personal lyrics. Their third and most recent release, Smother, is an honest and brave record whose 10 tracks ache with sensuality.
